  • Your consent (Article 6.1.a): when you complete a contact form or submit an appraisal request, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described above.
  • Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f): the processing of certain data is necessary for the legitimate interests of WGA, in particular to ensure the proper functioning of the website and improve its services.

Data retention period

Your personal data is retained for a period proportionate to the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Data from contact forms: 3 years from the last communication with the data subject.
  • Data relating to auctions: 10 years from the close of the sale, in accordance with legal obligations regarding the retention of accounting and commercial documents (Article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
  • Essential cookies: duration of the browsing session or a maximum of 13 months in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Data recipients

Your personal data is intended exclusively for authorised personnel of WGA, strictly within the scope of their duties and for the purposes described in this policy.
